Rep. Brian Hill represents House District 47, serving Mustang, Tuttle, and parts of Oklahoma City since 2018. As Chairman of the House Commerce and Economic Development Committee, he brings significant legislative experience combined with proven business leadership having led 14 successful businesses over two decades and created hundreds of high-paying jobs in Oklahoma.


Rep Hill's team was very excited about running for Lt. Governor 2026 and was in need of a marketing partner to develop the messaging, creative and a statewide media strategy for the campaign launch. Rep Hill's biggest challenges in launching the campaign statewide are creating polished marketing materials and campaign visuals that will portray Hill's vision to "unleash Oklahoma's best" - making it the best state in the nation to live, work, raise a family, and build a business.

THE STRATEGY

Rooted developed a comprehensive marketing plan for Brian Hill for Lt. Governor 2026 that included political market research, campaign goals, and strategies to develop the vision. We built a complete brand and style guide, dialing in the vision, theme, logo, and branding to create a cohesive campaign identity that reflects Hill's proven track record in economic development and conservative leadership.


From the ground up, we built the campaign's main landing page - the website serves as the central hub for all campaign communication. Our framework channels all outreach through a strategic funnel: social media outlets and press releases lead to the website landing page, which leads to a comprehensive contact form system that communicates Hill's resources to the public and houses outreach capabilities to all 77 Oklahoma counties. It was important to the campaign and to Rooted to be seen as a true neighbor and partner in facilitating this vision across the entire state.

TURNING VISION INTO REALITY

Rooted created all social media channels and accounts across all major platforms, using the brand and style guide to build out comprehensive establishing content. Created and organized the domain, email accounts, admin services, and all communication infrastructure - Our full-service approach includes photography, videography, video production, graphic design, animation graphics, press releases, and donation portal development - creating a complete digital ecosystem for the campaign. 


Beyond digital services, we developed physical marketing materials including flyers, promotional printouts, push cards, name bags, shirt designs, and yard signs. As an ongoing initiative, Rooted travels on the road with Chairmen Hill and his team to provide coverage across the state, developing content on the fly for immediate posting while managing media relations online, monitoring social media DMs, and handling contact form submissions on the website.

Rooted successfully launched the Hill for Lg. Governor 2026 campaign as a serious contender in the competitive Lt. Governor race by building comprehensive campaign infrastructure that reflects his vision and values.
